American Airlines restarts departures after brief IT outage triggers nationwide ground stop

Atea Pharmaceuticals said its hepatitis C regimen bemnifosbuvir/ruzasvir met both the primary and secondary endpoints in the North America Phase 3 C-BEYOND trial. In the modified intent-to-treat population, the sustained virologic response rate was 93.9%, statistically noninferior to 94.8% for sofosbuvir/velpatasvir. Among patients without cirrhosis, an 8-week course of bemnifosbuvir/ruzasvir achieved a 93.5% cure rate.
