Tether launches $1B all-cash bid for Exor's Juventus stake and remaining shares

Tether has submitted a binding all-cash offer of around $1 billion to Exor for its 65.4% controlling stake in Juventus and says it will extend the same price to all remaining shareholders. The club's market value stands at about 944.49 million euros, while a report has indicated Exor has rejected the proposal, even as Tether pledges a 1 billion euro investment into Juventus if the deal is completed.
