Ripple has completed its $1.25 billion acquisition of non-bank prime broker Hidden Road, now operating as Ripple Prime. The deal makes Ripple the first crypto firm to run a global multi-asset prime brokerage, providing institutional clients with trading, financing, and clearing services across digital assets, foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivatives.

Humanity token surged 138% to an all-time high of $0.39 before settling at $0.34. The rally followed the project's expansion into the Sui ecosystem and migration to Walrus protocol. Trading volume jumped 512% while market capitalization rose 118% to $787 million.
