Uniswap Foundation Reports $85.8M Reserve, Runway Seen Through 2027

The Uniswap Foundation said it holds roughly $85.8 million in reserves, a level it expects will fund operations into 2027. As of Dec. 31, 2025, holdings included about $49.9 million in cash and stablecoins, 15.1 million UNI tokens, and 240 ETH. Under its current budget, about $106.2 million has been set aside for ecosystem incentives and grants, while $26.3 million is earmarked for operating costs and employee token-based compensation. The foundation said the plan supports activities through early 2027, while noting forecasts could change as the "UNIfication" governance proposal advances.
