Axe Compute Files First NASDAQ Annual Report, Bringing Decentralized Compute Into Institutional View
Axe Compute (NASDAQ: AGPU), a Nasdaq-listed company built on the Aethir decentralized GPU network, published its FY2025 annual report on April 2, according to Huo Xing Finance. The filing is positioned as the first annual performance report aimed at institutional investors to detail progress in decentralized computing.
The report said executed contract value over the past 30 days totaled about $12 million. It projected Q2 monthly revenue of $835,000 and cited more than 20 enterprise clients.
After the report was released, AGPU rose as much as 152% in a single session. Trading volume was more than 900 times the 20-day average, with daily turnover topping $300 million.
The company said all enterprise compute deployments were delivered through the Aethir network, spanning 94 countries, more than 200 nodes, and over 435,000 GPU containers. Cumulative deliveries exceeded 1.8 billion compute hours.
