Arbitrum Security Council Secures $70.9M in ETH Linked to KelpDAO Exploit

Arbitrum's Security Council said it has taken control of 30,766 ETH connected to the KelpDAO exploit, an amount valued at more than $70 million. The assets have been transferred to a secure intermediary wallet in an operation carried out in coordination with law enforcement. Officials said the exploiter no longer has access to the funds, and any further movement will require governance approval.
