Aave says Ethereum rsETH is fully backed, keeps asset frozen on V3 and V4; WETH reserves still paused across multiple chains

Aave said rsETH on Ethereum mainnet remains fully backed. As a precaution, the protocol is keeping rsETH frozen across both V3 and V4. WETH reserves also remain frozen on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Mantle and Linea.
