Cashback Method
  • Get instant cashback in USDT for every purchase.
  • Once your purchase is completed, the cashback amount will immediately appear on the Cashback Rewards page. You can withdraw it to your Fund Account on T+3, with T counted in calendar days.
Tier Rules
  • The tier is related to the monthly spending and is not related to the VIP level.
  • The tier for the following month is set automatically based on the accumulated spending for the previous month. The more you spend, the higher your cashback ratio.
  • Tiers reset at 09:00 (UTC+8) on the 1st of the following month. The new tier takes effect immediately for all spending and remains valid until 09:00 (UTC+8) on the 1st of the month after the following month.
  • All users start at Tier 1 in their first month. Starting from the following month, your tier is automatically determined based on the previous month's spending.
Withdrawal Rules
  • Minimum cashback threshold: A single cashback amount of $0.01 or more can be accumulated.
  • Minimum cashback withdrawal amount: 2 USDT
  • Cashback can only be manually withdrawn to the Fund Account.
Refund Notes
  • If a transaction is refunded, the corresponding cashback will be deducted from your Fund Account. If your balance is insufficient, cashback withdrawals will be temporarily frozen.

  • You can subscribe to multiple services at the same time, and each subscription purchase earns 20% cashback.
  • The cashback ratio is 20%. Subscription cashback shares the same monthly cashback cap as daily spending cashback.
Credit Method
  • Same as daily spending cashback: Visible immediately after your purchase, withdrawable on T+3.
  • Credited in USDT to your Fund Account.
Q4. In what form is cashback paid out?
Cashback is credited in USDT to your Fund Account. The minimum cashback per transaction is ≥ $0.01, and the minimum withdrawal amount is 2 USDT.
 
Q5. How is cashback handled for refunds or canceled transactions?
  • Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and other invalid spending amounts do not count toward accumulated spending or cashback calculations.
  • If a refund reduces the actual valid spending amount for a transaction, the cashback already paid out may be reclaimed accordingly.
