I. Partner Promotion Guidelines
Thank you for your support and trust in BingX. By activating your partner status, you agree to adhere to the following rules designed to maintain a fair market environment and protect partner interests.
- Inviting already registered users or any fraudulent referral practices are prohibited. Violators will face termination of their BingX partner status and reduction of their commission ratio to 0%.
- Offering private commission arrangements outside official terms is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in revoked Bing X partner status and a 0% commission ratio.
- To prevent users from entering phishing sites and suffering harm, any behavior likely to cause confusion between BingX web pages and phishing sites is prohibited. If discovered, it will result in revocation of the BingX partner status and adjustment of the commission ratio to 0.
- Misleading users by impersonating BingX—such as by bidding on keywords like "BingX", "BingX Login", "BingX Official Channels", or "BingX P2P" on search engines—is not allowed. Violators will lose all promotion privileges and rewards.
- Malicious competitive practices, such as posting ads in other KOLs’ communities or defaming other promoters, are not tolerated. Serious violations will lead to partner disqualification and a 0% commission ratio.
- If a partner promotes both BingX and competing products, and BingX accounts for less than 30% of their total promoted market share, the team may recruit additional partners independently.
- If a cooperative partner engages in any actions that harm, defame, or are otherwise detrimental to BingX, BingX reserves the right to immediately revoke partner status and commission eligibility, adjust the commission ratio to zero, reclaim all paid commissions, and seek damages if a partner is found:
- Spreading false or negative information about BingX on social media.
- Organizing users to file financial claims against BingX.
II. Promoter Community Guidelines
1. Community Representation
Communities must not present themselves as officially affiliated with BingX. All promotional materials—including community announcements and posters—must avoid using terms like "BingX Official" or "BingX Community" that imply official status. The community must be clearly identified as user-led.
2. Must Attach Risk Disclaimer to Trading Strategies
Any trading strategies shared in the community must include a clear risk disclaimer stating that the content is for reference only and not investment advice.
