1. What are shards?
Shards are a new reward mechanism launched by BingX Spot.
They symbolize users' activity and loyalty on BingX and act as your exclusive badge on the platform. They not only represents your deep connection with the platform, but the more shards you hold, the higher your user level and the more prestigious your status becomes.

2. What are shards used for?
Your shard count serves as a mark of recognition and user level. Loyal BingX users will periodically receive exclusive rewards, including:

3. How to obtain shards?
Take on tasks in the BingX Shards module to earn shards! Each participation helps you collect more shards and unlock greater rewards.
4. What are the rules for using shards?
Shards are calculated in real time, and users can earn them by completing tasks.
Shard Validity:
Shards are valid for 12 months after acquisition and will expire at 23:59 on the last day of the same month next year. Expired shards will be removed from your total.
E.g., shards earned in January 2025 will expire at 23:59 on January 31, 2026.
Expiration Reminder:
The system will calculate the total shards set to expire in the following month and send you an expiration reminder.

5. Why are shard rewards sometimes delayed?
After you complete a task and manually claim your shard reward, the system will automatically process and issue it. Due to network conditions or settlement cycles, there may be a short delay. Rewards usually arrive within 24 hours. If your reward hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please contact our online support for assistance.
6. Why did my shard reward fail to be issued?
Common causes include:
In most cases, the system will automatically retry and reissue the reward. If it still hasn’t arrived, we recommend providing relevant task screenshots and contacting official support. We will verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Task conditions were not fully met.Account status is abnormal or there was a network issue.A temporary system error occurred during settlement.Reward issuance was blocked by risk control.
In most cases, the system will automatically retry and reissue the reward. If it still hasn’t arrived, we recommend providing relevant task screenshots and contacting official support. We will verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. How is spot trading volume calculated?
Spot Trading Volume: The total volume is calculated as the sum of buy and sell amounts during the event period. The following pairs are excluded: USDC/USDT, TUSD/USDT, PYUSD/USDT, FDUSD/USDT, and BETH/ETH.

The timing and calculation of tasks in the BingX Shards section are based on UTC.
To maintain a fair and trustworthy environment, BingX employs risk control measures to identify and prevent abnormal or malicious behavior. Any actions deemed dishonest, unfair, or in violation of BingX's Terms of Use, Customer Agreement, or other rules (which may be updated from time to time) may result in shard reward cancellation, event restriction, account freezing, or other necessary measures.
Violations include, but are not limited to: any form of fraud, disrupting or attacking platform systems or network operations, bulk signups or using multiple accounts to gain unfair profits, using automation programs, scripts, bots or other tools to simulate user actions, engaging in fake trades, wash trading, or coordinated fraudulent transactions, violating event or trading rules, breaching other terms or conditions outlined in the BingX Customer Agreement, and any other abnormal, malicious, or non-compliant behaviors determined by the platform’s risk control system.
Subaccounts are not eligible for task participation. Each user may participate with only one account. Using the same account, device, IP, or other indicators suggesting the same user will be treated as a single participant.
