The filings also cite evidence that Bing Chat reproduced articles nearly verbatim, that GPT memorized more than 100 New York Times articles, and that the Times’ click-through rates fell 87% to 93% when users searched via Bing Chat rather than traditional web search.

CAE reported fiscal 2027 first-quarter results showing defence revenue rose 8.3% year over year to $531.8 million and adjusted defence operating income increased 9.1% to $50.5 million, with a defence backlog of about $10.7 billion. Delta Air Lines plans to lift its daily flight volume at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to more than 200 at the peak of summer 2027, serving nearly 70 destinations. The carrier says it will be LAX’s largest airline by flights, seats and premium seats during summer 2027. Delta also announced new routes to Monterey and Philadelphia, and plans to increase service on the Raleigh-Durham route. Brent crude fell for a third straight session, down more than 1.3% to around $103 a barrel, though it stayed above $100.
