Smarter Web Sells 178 Bitcoin to Repay $11.7 Million Convertible Note Early

UK-listed The Smarter Web Company has repaid its $11.7 million convertible instrument with TOBAM around two weeks ahead of schedule after selling 177.89 BTC at an average price of $65,762. The early repayment removes the possibility of issuing 7.7 million shares. CEO Andrew Webley said convertible instruments are "not currently the right capital solution" for the company.
