Australian property developer Peet Ltd reported FY26 earnings, with net profit up 77% year on year to A$103.4 million. Operating earnings per share also climbed 77% to 22.1 Australian cents.
The full-year fully franked dividend rose 68% to 13 Australian cents per share.
Revenue increased 3% to A$450.2 million, while EBITDA surged 54% to A$162.8 million. EBITDA margin widened to 36%.
Peet said the result was supported by strong sales across projects in Western Australia and Queensland, alongside momentum in its development pipeline.
