Ondo Finance said its SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, has been authorized by U.S. regulators to roll out a regulated tokenized securities market and related services in the United States, subject to oversight by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The approval allows Oasis Pro Markets to facilitate tokenized securities trading in the U.S., including over-the-counter transactions, underwriting of primary-market offerings, private placements, and other associated activities.
