Goldman Sachs has rebuilt its exposure to spot XRP exchange-traded funds, according to a Form 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission cited by CoinPost on Aug. 24 and reported by ChainThink. The filing shows that as of June 30 the bank held five spot XRP ETFs with a combined value of about $86.5 million. Goldman Sachs had previously been the largest institutional holder of an XRP spot ETF, reporting a $153.8 million position in Q4 2025 before exiting the position entirely in Q1 2026. As of June 30, the disclosed holdings were: - Franklin Templeton XRP Trust (XRPZ): 2.238 million shares, about $25.41 million - Bitwise XRP ETF: 2.209 million shares, about $25.76 million - Canary Capital XRP ETF: 1.759 million shares, about $19.49 million - 21Shares XRP ETF: 806,000 shares, about $8.21 million - Grayscale XRP ETF: 378,000 shares, about $7.65 million The same 13F also lists 366,000 shares of SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp II, valued at roughly $3.81 million. Armada has signed a business combination agreement with Evernorth, described as an XRP treasury company backed by Ripple, and the merged entity is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker "XRPN".
