The idea surfaced after Proposal 613 was canceled by the Proposal Guardian on Oct. 7. Forum user ugurmersin suggested transferring control of EPCF assets from the Compound Foundation's single-controller Safe to a community-managed multisig requiring 5-of-9 signatures.
