Keel Launches $500 Million Tokenization Regatta on Solana, Applications Open Thursday

Keel launched a $500 million "Tokenization Regatta" on Dec. 11 to attract tokenized-asset issuers through competition, CoinDesk reports. Selected projects will receive funding to issue risk-weighted assets on Solana. More than 40 institutions have expressed interest, and first-phase applications open Thursday with two tracks for issuers targeting early 2026 deployment or still building infrastructure.
