Franklin Templeton to buy CoinFund spinoff 250 Digital, set up pension-focused crypto unit

Franklin Templeton said it will acquire 250 Digital, a spinoff of crypto venture firm @CoinFund, as it builds a dedicated crypto arm aimed at pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. The business will be rebranded as Franklin Crypto once the transaction closes.
