US House PARITY Act bill orders Treasury review of small-crypto tax burden

Harvard trims IBIT stake 43% and exits BlackRock spot Ethereum ETF by March 31
Harvard University reduced its iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) holdings to 3.04 million shares valued at about $117 million as of March 31, a 43% cut from 5.35 million at the end of 2025.
