Goldman Sachs set to lead SpaceX IPO filing, extending Musk's long deal history

Goldman Sachs is slated to take the lead role on SpaceX's IPO filing expected Wednesday, continuing its long-standing involvement in Elon Musk's major public-market transactions. The bank previously led Tesla's 2010 IPO, multiple follow-on equity raises totaling about $2.2 billion, and several debt deals, while retail access ahead of a listing is mainly limited to the ARK Venture Fund with quarterly liquidity and fees as high as 3.49% annually.
