Bitcoin Google searches hit score 100 for week of Feb. 1 after drop to $60,000

Provisional Google Trends data show worldwide searches for Bitcoin reached a score of 100 in the week beginning Feb. 1, the highest in 12 months. The move followed a slide from about $81,500 on Feb. 1 to roughly $60,000 within five days, before a rebound to around $67,800. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index fell to 6, indicating extreme fear.
