Juniper Green Energy’s IPO has opened for subscription with a price band of Rs 214–225 per share, aiming to raise Rs 1,800 crore through a wholly fresh issue. The company raised Rs 539.4 crore from anchor investors, including Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Nippon India Mutual Fund, via allocations to 31 funds. Early demand has been muted, with overall subscription a little over 5%. The deal is a domestic renewable energy fundraising and does not involve listed legacy assets or a direct impact on existing secondary-market indices, commodities, or FX.

PC Jewellers says it prepaid all dues to five consortium banks, targets debt-free status in July–September 2024
PC Jewellers said it has prepaid and discharged all outstanding debt to five of its 14 consortium banks, cutting total debt by more than 90% and targeting a debt-free status in the July–September 2024 quarter. The company reported a net profit of Rs 714.46 crore in FY202526, up 23.7% year on year. It also said consolidated revenue rose about 21% year on year in the first quarter of FY 202627. The stock has gained 222% over three years but is down 35.31% over the past year.

Aastha Spintex board to weigh 1:1 bonus issue and Rs 10-per-share final dividend on July 23
Aastha Spintex said its board will meet on July 23 to consider a 1:1 bonus share issue and a final dividend of up to Rs 10 per equity share. The stock closed at Rs 108.20, down 6.88%, and has hit its 52-week low. The company said it has an order book of about Rs 76.78 crore, more than 21% of its FY2024-25 revenue. It has also completed the acquisition of Falcon Yarns, taking annual spinning capacity to 17,457 MT.

Apollo Micro Systems to raise Rs 3,322 crore via fresh equity issue at Rs 416.60 per share
Apollo Micro Systems said it will raise Rs 3,322 crore through a fresh equity issuance, including 2,28,30,902 preferential shares priced at Rs 416.60 each and 5,69,15,380 convertible equity warrants. The company also signed an agreement to acquire a 41.33% promoter stake in Premier Explosives Limited, with closing expected by December 2026. The stock rose 2.57% in the previous session to Rs 408. The shares are up 48.24% year-to-date.
