Grayscale files for spot Sui Trust ETF as 21Shares launches 2x leveraged product

Grayscale has filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC for the Grayscale Sui Trust, a spot ETF designed to track SUI token prices. The filing comes shortly after 21Shares launched a 2x leveraged Sui ETF on Nasdaq under ticker TXXS. SUI traded at $1.53 at press time, down 5.01% over 24 hours.
