An address linked to Richard Heart transferred 10,900 ETH (approximately $42 million) to mixing service Tornado Cash over an 8-hour period on Oct. 24, EmberCN data show. The transfer follows a broader movement of 154,000 ETH (around $611 million) from the address to 22 new wallets in recent days, tokens originally purchased in March 2024 at an average price of $3,779 using 621 million DAI. Interpol issued a Red Notice in 2024 for the Hex and PulseChain founder on charges of severe tax evasion and assault, while the SEC filed charges in July 2023 alleging Heart raised over $1 billion through token sales and misappropriated at least $12 million in client funds.
