Large Ethereum holders have started buying again following significant sell-offs earlier in October. Addresses holding 100 to 10,000 ETH sold approximately 1.36 million coins between October 5 and 16, then repurchased nearly one-sixth of that volume. On-chain data shows individual wallets withdrew tens of millions of dollars worth of ETH from exchanges.
