São Paulo-based VERT Capital has completed its second tokenized issuance on XRP Ledger and its EVM Sidechain, bringing over $40 million in pension-backed receivables on-chain. The fund structure allows for expansion to approximately $190 million if institutional demand materializes. The transaction uses a regulated FIDC structure backed by Brazil's federal pension system obligations.
