Abracadabra's MIM depegs on June 12, drops to $0.87 as liquidity thins
On June 12, Abracadabra's algorithmic stablecoin MIM fell as low as $0.87 across multiple chains, slipping about 11% over 24 hours. Blockaid said the Arbitrum depeg was driven by thin, imbalanced pool liquidity rather than an exploit, with executable routes showing $0.91–$0.92. Abracadabra's June 11 governance proposal for a Curve MIM-2Pool gauge could improve liquidity, but any impact would come only after the vote and subsequent emissions.
