Kyrgyzstan has formally added Binance Coin to its national cryptocurrency reserve and deployed two blockchain-based payment systems on BNB Chain: a stablecoin for commercial use and a central bank digital currency for government transactions. The initiative, disclosed by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao on October 25, 2025, includes educational partnerships with ten local universities and collaborations with Web3 firms to integrate identity verification into public administration.
